Emeril begins the “Coming to America” episode at Sushi Pop located outside Orlando in Oviedo. Sushi Pop is one of the top-rated sushi restaurants in the state and it’s owned by Chef Chau Trinh. Emeril talks with Chef Chau about his journey to Sushi Pop and they try some of his impressive and creative sushi dishes he’s become known for, such as Leche de tiger, Bacon Wrapped Scallop Nigiri, Otoro tartare and Lobster Sashimi.

DP Bill Mills, along with with Camera operators Sean Davis, Kevin Deyo, and Russ Mick began utilizing the Sony F-55 camera systems for principle photography in Season 3 of Emeril’s Florida.
